By accessing and using the services, you agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. User Age:
The Client declares to be of legal age (18 years old) and to have the necessary legal capacity to be bound by this contract. The Client also declares that all information provided is complete, authentic, truthful, and up-to-date.

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bettermaps or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on our website for commercial purposes without obtaining express written permission. However, using the provided mapping solutions, you can generate your own maps and use them freely in your commercial or non-commercial projects.

To the full extent permitted by applicable law, Bettermaps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service.
Accuracy of Information:
While every effort is made to provide accurate information, materials contained in Bettermaps websites, apps, and its properties are subject to change at any time without notice.
Delayed Transactions:
In the event of a User Payment Method decline, Bettermaps may attempt to process the transaction again under the same conditions within a few days.
No Legal or Financial Advice:
The information posted on our websites and apps should not be considered legal, financial, or other advice and is not intended to replace consultation with a qualified professional.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update and change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of Bettermaps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

User Behavior:
We reserve the right to permanently ban any user from our websites for behavior that goes against our guidelines.
By using Bettermaps, you agree not to promote your mapping solutions, software, product, business, or yourself by posting links to them on any Bettermaps sites or apps. Bettermaps reserves the right to terminate your account for violations.
